The packaging is nice, as it comes with a spatula. There is a ton of essence in the jar and the hydrogel patches are really good quality as it does not break or tear easily. Though you don't really see any results in a few days. Also, the product didn't soak into my skin, rather it left a film on top of my skin. It does feel really nice on the skin though. I personally feel that if you leave it in the fridge, it has a nice cooling effect and can de-puff eyes.
