I will say I am a beginner and I wanted to get into eyeliner. When I got this, I was still figuring out what eyeliner worked best -gel, pencil, liquid..etc.. and so I got this brush to go along with my tony moly eyeliner. This is great and the brush stays stiff and is flexible but not soft. You can draw really crisp lines but I'd say to go slow and steady when first starting out. For those who get up close to their mirrors, the length might be too long.
